Celebrate Children's Book Week

Thanks to everyone who participated in our "Buns Day."  Our school ordered a total of 97 books to help promotes the book Buns Travels Across America.  Special thanks to Mr. Lane who traveled from Waco, Texas with Buns.  The presentation was fantastic!

Do you know how many library books are in our library?

On Tuesday, each student took a guess at the number of books in our library.  Out total number of library books in circulation is 5,374.  We awarded prizes to the student in each grade level to come closest to the actual number.  Our winners did a great job.  They made guesses of 5000, 5026, 5211, 5500, and 5651!  Here are our winners.

On Wednesday, we all came to school wearing our uniforms inside-out!
