Denham Springs Elementary
LA 4 Pre-K Program
 
Denham Springs Elementary is taking applications for Pre-K classes (pending funding) for the 2008 - 2009 school year.
 

Registration will be Wednesday, May 7, 2008 from 9:00 - noon.
 

Students must be four years old on or before September 30, 2008
to be eligible for the program. 

 Please present the following items to begin the registration process:
Original Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Current Immunization Record
4 Proofs of Residency in the Denham Springs Elementary School District
Proof of Household Income (to help determine eligibility)
